Bleach has been hitting us hard as of Late. In Japan, The Arrancar Saga is in full blast, which means, a ton of Fight are coming our way. State Side, Bleach has begun it's 3rd season. New Intro and new twist and turns are here, who haven't seen the japanese version.
Here's the major point this log. On 8/9/07, America is getting two new Bleach Games.
First, Bleach: The Shattered Blade is the first Bleach game for the Wii. It makes great use of the Wiimote and the Nunchuk. While it doesn't have online features, it's a solid fighting game with a cast of 32 characters, including 1 game based arrancar. It's a great game that should be played by all bleach fans. Imagine mirroring your character as they preform their bankai. Here's a Trailer:
Next is Bleach: The Blade of Fate.
This game is for the DS. It has over 25 characters. There is a story for almost all the characters. The game follows the soul society arc from start to finish. Also, the game has a card system install. Each player has access to certain "cards" at the bottom of the screen that can change certain stats of both themselves or their enemies in battle. Players design what cards are accessible to them via a "deck builder". Each player will have two cards at any one point accessible to them. These cards are activated by simply touching them and their powers will be activated for a certain amount of time before disappearing and being replaced by a new card at the bottom. Lastly, the game has Nintendo WFC so you can play online with up to 4 players at once.
I didnt understand really how it worked. It was in japanese you know
I guessed for everything and still wasnt sure of anything ^^'
But ive played and didnt understand the half of it, but loved it! So it must be much awesome in english where...youll understand and be able to play to a maximum.
This is a game that people wont regret buying :)
I think you should ^^ But i played to a Bleach game on PS2, it was in japanese too but it was insanely good. I never noticed if it ever came out in the US...
I saw the Seiyuu play against each other in the Wii game. LOL cheered on Renji, or Kentarou Ito. WEWT! I wanna play this game. It looks suppa suppa fun!
Shattered Blade looks freakishly amazing. It makes me wish I had a Wii so badly. Blade of Fate, however, seems reminiscent of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, which had a similar card based battle system. I heard it SUCKS. How can we play a game based on a shounen/action anime with cards?! Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a snore fest "I can't take the time to learn how to do this" snore-fest like some people thought COM was...
And did anyone notice Bleach never aired on Cartoon Network last weekend at its usual time? Does it just come on later or have they cancelled it for good?
Adult Swim was has a contest every year in which a lucky viewer gets to select the shows for their own night of AS. Last Saturday, the winner got to have his night of Adult Swim fun! Don't worry, Bleach will be back next week with new episodes. =)
Ah, that puts me at ease a little more. It was bothering me more than it probably should have xD "How can you play a Bleach game with CARDS?! *rips hair out* "
And yeah, I've been told about the contest they held. I wasn't aware of that and without AS's knack for weird conmercials, I just kinda ignored the one that said "Congrats to "such-and-such user".
HAPPY!
Holy poop! I've been SO waiting for something other than Zelda for my Wii.
And my DS has just been collecting dust as of late....
Hopefully this'll be the game that acctually gets me standing up to play my Wii....
Well... iw will if there's a Gin and Hanatarou in it =3
this game looks baaad >w< (in a bood way) gaaaaah i want it soooooooo bad i so want shattered blade >w< looks complicated. . .and fun possibly a game i can whoop my bro in. . .
The closest to me is at a mall in another state. -__- I literally live on an island. I've got a K-Mart but that's being turned into a Sears and it seems like the whole Wal-Mart system thingy is crashing.
