2.No power play-Which is no controlling other peoples characters!
3.Please make a character design and put it up on the site also if your chara spends a lot of time with other characters make a character layout for them so people can get who they are.

Anyways, Blood tower Is currently a 13 story tower with a 13 story blood hour glass running through it and it has blood fountains. This tower is for people who need a place to stay, We accept anyone, powers or no powers, you a demon, half demon, human, whatever. All welcome. The time setting would be in a mix of modern day and fudeal times with demons and stuff. odd no. so yeah its under con should be done in a few days.

i gotta make a layout for the tower and draw my charies and yeah lots of stuff to do x.x
