i know what you are all wondering, Is this a clock Crew clone? and the answer is simply No!, not only do we try as hard as we can to stay away from the Wars and battles of those newgrounds groups, yet we are not just a bunch of flash artists, anyone is welcomed to join, Flash or no Flash, Paint or Flash doesnt matter, there are only a few rules or Amendments of the Block Constitution only about 5

1st Amendment: Ye shall not harrass, spam, flame, insult, put down, or say anything Derogatory or offensive or just plain mean to anyone,(this includes arguments about the Left Vs Right politics) (yes you can disagree but try to be civil) yes you have Freedom of Speech but its only limited to say only things you think need to happen and things that you suggest, everyone has the right to change and suggest things in the club, no one has the right to be rude, immature or bratty unless you are having a bad day

2nd Amendment: Admins and Moderators are not above the law nor can they abuse their power

3rd Amendment: all artwork must atleast have some sort of trying and work on it( in other words you cant submit somthing you made in three seconds)

4th Amendment: you shall not steal or art rip off of anyone you can only borrow with permission, also you are allowed to make parodies or your own version of something just as long as its not completley copying the orrigonal document

5th and last Amendment: the moderators cannot and i repeat, cannot do anything that will humilate the thread creator in any way, shape or form, that means moving to a section of the forum to make fun of them, also the moderators or admins have to ask or consuel with the thread creator first if they wish to move it for the people, unless the thread has broken any of the rules


and now the Constitution will protect those from corruption of Corrupt moderators and Adminstrators
