Ken is right is right. If we have any hope of assuring that youngsters won't depart from the faith when they get older, parents need to start teaching them to love the Bible and teach them that the Bible is true and why it is true. This will help prepare them to defend their faith when they get older and will also assure their eternal destiny is secured.

I also like the vegemite analogy he used. I can just imagine someone in my family doing a 100-yard backflip after trying a spoonful of that stuff. I gotta try some of that stuff someday.
