Welcome to Destiny: Project Armageddon.
A Pokemorph RPG.
This club has been established as a place to submit pictures, profiles, and role-play online for members of Destiny: PA. For those who don't know, a Pokemorph is a half human, half Pokemon hybrid, or an anthropomorphic Pokemon. They are much more resilient and powerful than humans, while infinitely more versatile than normal Pokemon. Project Armageddon, created by Team Rocket, uses scientific technology to transform either a pokemon into a pokemorph or a human into a pokemorph by combining both speices DNA.
There are many types of pokemorphs that can be categorized into four groups: 1st generation, 2nd generation, 3rd generation, and Freeborn. The first generation are pokemon that were created as hybirds using an older transformation meathod before the war. They were sent to training camps where they suffered, were tortured and beaten into loyalty, and starved. They started a revolution and most made it out alive. The second generation are ones created from pokemon with the newer meathod after the war. They are treated better and most are loyal to Team Rocket. Third generation are the pokemorphs that were once human but were transformed into hybrids using very advanced technology. Freeborns are hybrids who are naturally born from two pokemorph parents. Pokemorphs are a fertile species but cannot cross-breed between humans or normal pokemon.
Most pokemorphs live on what was once known as Prism Island; it has been renamed to Pokemorph Island. It is a place where they can live in peace and be seperated from humans, since humans and pokemorphs do not usually get along, but some still live on the mainland or are in possesion of Team Rocket. In most cases a pokemorph's natural abilities can become an advantage, and quite possibly, a disadvantage in everyday life. For example, having wings would eliminate the a need for a car but they could also be cumbersome.
Most pokemorphs are non-violent but they will battle if they feel the need. A pokemorph is more powerful than normal pokemon and they can remember more moves. It is for this reason that many trainers have attempted to catch them with pokeballs. Once the pokeball detects the pokemon DNA in a pokemorph, it will attempt to catch it. They become a tansparent red color and are then trapped between a state of pure matter and pure energy until the ball shorts out. This can result in severe damage or is fatal to a pokemorph and is known as 'Red Death'. Every once in awhile, a trainer will befriend a pokemorph. They will travel together and help each other train. There are also cases where pokemorphs will become trainers themselves.
