Though we love to make it free, i have a few things i like to go over! Some simple, and some aren't.
1.) This is a Dolling Club for all Sheezy Memebers. If you have a love to create dolls, this is the excellent club for you!
2.) Try to submit as little as possible. We love to see your dolls, but the fact is this - we want to see the rest of your work too. So instead of put up every one of your dolls, try maybe a few a week instead. give us an excuse to look inside your works, don't post eveything here =)
3.) Both Methods of dolling is allowed! if you tool shade on Photoshop or pixel in MSpaint, both methods are welcome!
4.) Bases traced off of images are not to be posted here. Bases traced violate Copyright laws no one wants to deal with. Instead of taking bases that look like your favorite Naruto or Sailor Moon characters, try Angy-Chan's or Chama's! They work much better as bases too and come out with very good results!
5.) Frakendolling is a terrible thing to get into. what is it anyways? Its takes bits and peoples dolls and placing them together as "your own". Its not a pretty sight when you do it and you do offend others with this sort of action. instead of doing this action, keep making your own! the more, the better!
6.) Have a lot of fun! Dolling may not be exactly an art piece (unless presented in artistic manner like other medias) but it is such a fun time waster. They also help you master tools you find on programs, plus helps you in the long run with creating actual art pieces (placement of hair and clothing, body structure, etc). so, don't treat this as your job, but like a fun time activity!
