This week I will be organizing the Dreadfish Ranks. In other words, I will be updating the Divisionary Lists and roster. This will be done in a Two-Step Process. First, you will notice that in the main page, the forums are now avaliable. Each division has their respective forum. In each forum, there exists a thread created my myself entitled "Divisionary Roster Update". The Roster Update will proceed as follows:
- If you are not yet part of a division, and you wish to be part of a division, you have the option to "enlist" in the division of your choice. You do this by posting the following message in the Roster Update Thread of your choice:
"ENLIST REQUEST: [USERNAME]"
- If you are already part of a division, but you wish to move to another division, you can opt to "transfer" into another division of your choice. To do this, you are to post the following message in the Roster Update Thread of your choice:
"TRANSFER REQUEST: [USERNAME]"
- If you are part of a division, and are content in your placement, continue to striving to become stronger.
The rosters will then be updated this Wednesday, and then again on Friday for those who were too busy and saw this journal later in the week.

The second order of business is that of warrior mindset. I have seen improvements within the ranks, and for that, I applaud those who have changed. However, many of our comrades still have wrong mindset when entering battle and engaging the enemy. I would like all of you to refer to the first war report located here:
Glory to the Dreadfish, young warrior! Welcome to the Dreadfish Headquarters. May the gears of war forever turn in your favor.
Strength through Power.
Power through Glory.
Glory through Victory.
We Dreadfish, while savage and merciless on the battlefield, pride ourselves in battle whilst abiding by a natural sense of valor and "honor".
Our name and insignia instills an overwhelming feeling of fear unto those who hear and see it, in turn shaking the very foundations of their morale. Our presence on the battlefield is justified by the turmoil felt by those who oppose us.
Unlike the Sword, who posses no humanity or empathy for others, we Dreadfish fight only to hone our skills and abilities in the heat of war, thus taking us a step closer to that of an ultimate conquest to be the strongest.
"A battle is not worth fighting if all it pertains is meaningless slaughter."
Unlike our brethren the Fish, who are content with their "power", we Dreadfish strive to become stronger and more powerful from every battle, be it victory or defeat.
"A battle is not worth fighting, if we learn nothing from it."
We will stop at nothing to become and uphold our title as "the strongest".
Valor shall be rewarded. Cowardice will be punished.
We are the Dreadfish.
