I originally made this club as an alternative to the Animation, FBF, etc clubs for Flash IDs. I don't feel Flashes featuring only a picture and a song belong there.
That being said, I have no fucking idea what I'm doing.
Any members here ever managed a club before? 36 members and the club's already kind of stale.
I want to make some forums but I don't know what kinds to make, seeing as this is just a place to post IDs.
Also I think it'd be pretty good to have some other members as staff. Only thing is, the only other rank I could find has all the abilities as me, including deleting the club entirely. I don't know who to trust here with that power.
Help give me suggestions on what kind of forum boards I could make, and if you're interested in being another club manager person, let me know.
I'm not worried about members not joining, they seem to be coming in at a steady rate. I just don't think anybody's going to like staying in an inactive club like this. We get some artwork submitted, but that's it. No forums, polls, etc.
I think the name "Flash ID Club" kinda limits it from the start. i think if this was for pictures made in flash in general i think there would be more submissions. That being said you could hold a contest for the best Pictures moving made in flash. Or mabey you could have a contest re-designing the site (definitely needs work). Anyway those are my thoughts.Cheers.
I'm not worried about submissions. If somebody wants to put up a static jpg with a song in the background, that's okay. I just want at least a little bit of activity going on here besides people dumping IDs and leaving. Like Forums, polls, maybe some contests like you said, etc. But I don't know where to start.
I don't think I want to start any contests just yet. Not many active members still, probably wouldn't get many participants.
