Timeline: After Kingdom Hearts (KH), Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (CoM), and Kingdom Hearts 2 (KH2). Before the yet to be released and still largely unknown ideas of the pending KH3.

Rough Plot: The events of KH, CoM, and KH2 are past history in this RP. The only main difference is that the members of the Organization are still around, though the group has become somewhat broken and scattered. Certain members have grouped together, and even though they are scattered they try to stay in communication with each other, when not at the Castle. Castle Oblivion is still there base of operations. The Keyblade wielders have also partially gone there separate ways for the time being, the remnants of the battles they shared feeling but like distant memories.
The worlds have had there share of peace for a while, but now a new storm brews on the horizon. A number of the worlds are beginning to disappear sort of like they almost did once before. The roads of darkness and light are being wrenched apart and in some places different worlds are staring to meld, causing confusion among there inhabitants. Those whom befriended the Keyblade wielders over the years are also noticing the unusual events, and are attempting to take some action. The worlds that appeared to have disappeared do still exist, but seem to be cut off for now.
So what is happening? Why is all the hard work of Sora and the other Heart Fighters seeming to unravel? Are the events taking place a sign of something even more interesting coming? Well come on in and find out. It’s time to take your Dive to the Heart!
