Welcome to the Microsoft Painters Club!
No, it's not a club for people with Windows who like acrylics.
It's a club dedicated to the simplest of art programs: none other than Microsoft Paint!
Some people think the program is hard to use or the tools are primitive... but that just makes it all the cooler when you draw something wicked cool in it!
So if you use Microsoft Paint, or just have a few drawings to show off, come on in and share the love.
Club Rules!
1: Do not submit sketches! Lineart is alright, as long as it's refined and pleasing to the eye. Black and white drawings are ok too, but sketching and unfinished work is not reccomended. I'd like to keep the club's gallery as appealing as possible.
UPDATE! Please, if you want to submit sprite comics, submit a maximum of 5 sprite comics per account. Thanks!
2: Do not submit material that was done more than half in another program. You can't, for example, submit something like: "Drawn in MSPaint, but then I shaded it in Photoshop." None of that. Filters are OK, just textures and adding transparency, but most of your drawing should be in MSPaint.
3: You may join and not plan on submitting anything! It's perfectly OK if you want to join just to see some cool art made in MSPaint.
4: Don't put others down, don't post rude comments, etc. etc. Be nice and considerate!
5: Try your best to enter club contests, if you can't that's alright, but do try to be active somehow. :3
6: OEKAKI IS NOT MICROSOFT PAINT, therefore you cannot submit art from an Oekaki in this club. Even though it has semi-similar tools. The category on sA claims that an oekaki is a simple doodle... which is fine. But if you drew something in an oekaki <1>program, like BBS or something, then you can't submit it. Terribly sorry!
7: You may submit all of your MSPaint art at once, don't worry about flooding the system. If you have a lot of MSPaint work, just go ahead and submit it right away!
8: There is no limit on how many pictures you can submit a day.
9: Please make sure that your art you submit is of good quality, and you worked hard on it. No half-arsed doodles please. :3
10: Have fun! Enjoy the club! Feel free to send me,

, a message if you have any comments or suggestions.
11: Do not submit dolls or drawings with premade "bases". Your work has to be 100% your doing (but reference photos are alright to draw off of.)
12: If your artwork does not obey the rules then I'll let you know with a warning and delete the artwork from the club.
If you submit something AGAIN that does not obey the rules, then I'll give you another warning and delete the artwork from the club.
If you do it a third time I'll delete you from the club.
And if for some reason you decide to re-join the club just to submit stuff that doesn't comply with the rules, I'll, uh, contact a higher authority. >o<
