Due to the fact that I'm agenting for another artist and having to put so much work into my art business these days, I'm going to give primary control of Pagan Creativity Club over to my best friend and right hand gal, Eternal. I've removed the need to PM to get in, but she'll be checking to make sure you don't break the rules with your avatar, etc. Maybe she'll have a bit more time to boost some activity here. I've just got too much on my plate to be able to handle it.
This is a place for all creative Pagans to gather and share their work. Discuss spirituality as it relates to your creativity or whatever else you feel is relevant to you as a Pagan or the Pagan community as a whole.
Added November 28, 2006:
Okay, guys. I wanted to keep this clear of too many rules, but due to some recently submitted images I'm going to start enforcing a few:
1. NO images that may offend someone of another religion by bastardizing their icons or deities are allowed. I consider that to be a form of hate art because you are tearing at someone's religion rather than showing the beauty of you own. I don't feel this is behavior appropriate to a Pagan group.
2. Please post ONLY finished works here. I seriously want to see your BEST stuff here. To that end, anything sketched on notebook paper or that is just unrefined/rough pencil doodles will be removed.
3. Nudity in art is fine as long as it's marked mature. HOWEVER, anything sexual (erect/throbbing genitalia, body fluids, intercourse, etc) ARE NOT ALLOWED. Those types of images will be removed and possibly reported to Sheezy admin.
4. NO gory/ gross art is allowed. This includes images which hint at consumption of human flesh or other vile acts without actually showing them. Pagans have enough bad press among the "muns" without having that kind of thing showcased in a Pagan related group.
5. Violence will be only mildly tolerated if it's in relation to particular violent figures in old mythology. Gods of war are violent and there's no getting past that, but keep the gore to a minimum, please.
6.I will not add anyone with foul language/crude gestures or nudity in their avatar to the club. End of story. I can't filter that out for people who don't want to see it, so it's just not allowed.
7. Adding work I have removed from the gallery for whatever reason will result in you getting banned from the club unless I have asked you to resubmit with revision (such as the Mature content tag being added, usually the only case where I will do this.)I remove things for a reason. Leave them down when I do.
I will add more rules as needed. I hope to not have the need to. Remember, here you are out front as a representative of ALL Pagans. Make me look too bad as the head of this shindig and I will boot your rear out of it. I'm not a kid and I don't put up with a lot of stupidity and foolishness disturbing the peace, so keep that in mind before you act the fool here.
