Nintendo just opened another wifi Mystery Gift event for the US, Europe and Australia/New Zealand. If you've got Pokémon Platinum and can get your DS online, go get the Oak's Letter key item right now and use it to capture Shaymin!
Don't have Mystery Gift? You can activate it by going to the third floor of Jublife's TV station, and talking to the man who is standing next to the blonde woman. When he asks for your input, give him the following words...

Save, restart, and when you get to the screen when you'd normally select to continue your game, select Mystery Gift. Pick to get a gift from Nintendo WFC and you'll download the letter. You can then pick the item up from any shop.
Once you have Shaymin, you can take it to Floaroma Town and speak to a woman walking outside to receive the Gracidea Flower, which transforms Shaymin into its Sky Forme.
Oh, the Egg Swap Tournament's battles have started! Some trainers have already completed some matches, so expect the results quite soon!
