As far as I know this was a video that was sold as a promotion at Burker King during the late '80s/early '90s, namely 'cause there's a Burger King ad right at the beginning (save for the FBI warnings and stuff) It contains the episode "Sky Turtles" then after that there's a teaser trailer for the first live action Ninja Turtles movie. Since that's about it on the contents of the tape, lemme give you the basic outline of the episode from what I remember:
I also have another Turtles VHS of the '80s cartoon called "Cowabunga, Shredhead!" it's just another video of the '80s cartoon. Nothing too special.

And, as far as I can remember, I think "Cowabunga, Shredhead!" is the one where Michaelangelo's personality gets sapped into Shredder and he imitates Mikey the whole episode. One of my favorites.
