Walkthrough-- Part Four Posted by Dipswitch
After helping to save the Antenna Tree in the Bamu Sea, you can move on to the next city, one of the largest in the game.
M-CITY VIRGINA
Virgina is known for its machines. It's a great place for doing Test and Reform evolutions because of all the Stores. There are four total and every so often they switch their products so it's worth checking out and stocking up on some good items.
When you arrive, a suspicious looking guy will tell you about a contest going on in the woods next to Virgina. You don't have any choice but to enter, so head all the way south and then west. Once you're out of town monsters will start attacking you. You'll find a good variety here. Try to make friends with them. I've found Bazeria (a blue horse with large hooves, Land type) to be a good partner. And if you want to work with him, get Baibu (a brown wolf-like monster, Land type) because this final stage is very strong and fast and worth the effort to get. Teropea (a purple dinosaur-like monster with eggs on his back) is good if you don't have any Lake types yet, or if you want one of a different kind.
When you start the first battle, you will be up against a Kokia and a Manstla. It shouldn't be too hard if you're using Fanges, or have other monsters to help Kuribute. In the second battle you're against a Noriwuts and Osie. The third round, it's a Hiougi (a red hippo that looks like a coiled spring) and Gumi, both Lake types. In the fourth round you're fighting a Mierths, Punika, and Kokia. Once you're done with that, you'll see a couple of guys who challenge you at the same time. Make sure you've saved before this point!! They have Tampala (a little fire bird, Sky type), Osie, and Hiougi. This could be a little difficult, especially if you're using Kuribute. Tampala is a bit tough so try to have a strong Hill type with you.
Once you've defeated everyone in the contest, go north to a man standing in front of a cave. He appears to be called a T-Mildew and will challenge you. He has a Doria (drill monster, Hill type), a Noriwuts, and an Ikusora (starfish monster, Lake type). He shouldn't be too hard to defeat. Get rid of him and then go inside the cave. You'll find Nerikara there handing out prizes. He becomes nervous when Bek accuses him of wanting fame and runs away. Go north then and open up the treasure box to receive a new D-Shoot phone.
After that you can leave the cave, go south, and then move to the right to take a shortcut out of the forest.
You will find yourself back in Virgina again. Go north and you'll notice that there should be an opening in the trees on the right side of the screen. If you go through that way you'll find a sandy shoreline and hear someone shouting. A bird guy will coming running on screen and then more trouble will start...
