Alright, I think I tripple checked to make sure this artist followed all the club rules, so I'm gonna go ahead and pick ThePatches because one look at Radioactive will show this is a serious up and comer. The colouring is quite good and looks like it only improves with each new picture. The lineart is some of the crispest & cleanest I've seen in a while (baring previous spotlight artists). The sketches are so good I'd consider them finished works. All in all very impressive!
