The new spotlight winner was picked for the line art for once. I tend to pick artists based off of coloured works because they grab my attention but novienar is definately a pretty impressive up and comer. The her coloured works are quite impressive, the sheer selection of linearts she offers (in her WIP gallery) to other artist to colour is quite amazing in itself if the age on her page is accurate (15).
