And to clarify, it doesn't have to be a sprite comic; I've received two wonderful hand-drawn fancomics, and if that's your sort of thing, then by all means, don't let me stop you.
"The Scrambled Channel" is a sprite Webcomic by of Pixeltendo and Fireball20xl fame. A spin-off of the original comic, "Scrambled!", "The Scrambled Channel" follows the same basic idea, but with slight chances from it's predecessor. For starters, the sprites are much much much better. Thanks to 's amazing spriting talent and Meta's equally awesome spriting talent, the comic has been given a much more appealing look that sets it's quality above the average Sprite Comic.
The second difference is an extended cast. "Scrambled!" originally feature four original characters (Meta, Nilla, Topaz and Rosco), Zoro from manga "One Piece" and Musashi of Square-Enix video game fame. "The Scrambled Channel" has a much greater cast, featuring most of creator Meta's close internet friends. Toadkarter, Silver, Doku, Rogultgot, Jess, Bacon, Starkin, Tonberry and JonathanEx make up the main extended cast. Other's such as Psyguy, Wil and Megan make cameo appearances throughout. Stick is also a new addition to the cast and is the only character that has been in every issue thus far. But with new additions, some characters had to be cut. Rosco, the rap loving Toad from "Scrambled!" was dropped because Toadkarter pretty much replaced him. And Musashi was dropped because Meta found his character lacking.
The main difference is the improvement in quality of the whole comic. The writing is wittier, smarter and much more developed than it's original counterpart. That's not to say "Scrambled!" was lacking in the funny, but "The Scrambled Channel" is a big improvement over something that didn't need major improvement.
