I have a small reccomendation for these trades. Why not do something like a Yaoi Jam. You get people to sign up in sets, maybe like 8 at a time. And the people signing up provide links to some pairings they like. Then a blog or e-mail is sent out with a full list of names and links, and you draw one pic for everything on the list (aside from your own). That way right off the bat you know what to draw and don't have to go fishing through the person's gallery, and also, you'll have a higher chance of getting something, since 7 other people should potentially be drawing for you.
